I always write down whom I speak to when calling and I can recall speaking with Margret, Sarah and Emma. All where really friendly and jolly which is nice when you phone to order unlike BT and Sky etc who have the cant be bothered attitude! Could you post some pictures of your call centre team so we know whom we are speaking to when we call you? Your company has a more personal image rather than commerical image which most of the other companys have and this would be a nice touch. Keep up the good work Robinsons call centre!!
